Returns & Exchanges

At B-Team Jiu Jitsu, we stand by the quality of our gear, but if your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unwashed, and unworn condition to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items.
